Edgar – Have you heard of Edgar? We are completely addicted! Edgar lets you create a library of your evergreen content and automatically schedules and shares it to your social media channels.
Latergram – You can now schedule your Instagram posts ahead of time with Latergram – a task that as little as 1 year ago wasn’t feasible. You should share one or two images a day to keep your audience interested and engaged. Create a library of your favorite photos to share and schedule them accordingly.
SumAll – SumAll provides you a daily digest of your social media metrics so you can see what’s happening all in one place. It can also provide you with a list of top trending conversations based on your keywords. It’s a huge time saver on those weekly status reports.
Boomerang for Gmail – Boomerang is a Firefox and Chrome plugin that allows you to schedule emails in Gmail. You just write your message as usual and tell Boomerang when you want it sent. You can also use Boomerang to set up reminder emails if you don’t hear back from someone.
Shoeboxed – Shoeboxed is a must have app for organizing your finances! It allows you to submit receipts and other documents whenever you want, then organizes and categorizes them for you. This will save you loads of time and frustration during tax season.
TEAMWORK TIME SAVERS
SweetProcess – SweetProcess helps you document procedures and create scripts that your staff can follow. All of those repetitive tasks that eat up your time can be turned into a process that your assistants can learn and take on, freeing up your time for more important tasks.
Trello – Trello is a free project management tool that organizes your projects and tasks in boards. You can assign tasks to team members (you can have up to 5 collaborators in the free version) and easily see who is working on what and what still needs to be done. It is a life-saving organizer for my team and me!
EasyPost – EasyPost is a simple shipping API. It allows you to integrate shipping into your app easily, and sets you up with commercial shipping rates to save you both time and money.
